As part of the MOBILE MEDICAL HELP charity project, free primary medical consultations were provided to residents of the village of Gurivshchyna, Bucha district, Kyiv region. Medical specialists also conducted ultrasound diagnostics for patients.
In the spring of 2022, the village of Gurivshchyna found itself on the way of the Russian occupiers to Kyiv. As a result of the hostilities, dozens of civilian houses were destroyed and the local hospital was completely destroyed. Two years before the war, the medical facility had been completely modernized. The hospital served 5,500 local residents.
Many residents of Gurivka district were injured as a result of shelling and bombing. “The MOBILE MEDICAL HELP clinic diagnosed one such patient. The man received multiple injuries due to rocket shrapnel hitting his house. A woman who treats fractures received a consultation. Her bones were broken when she fell in a bomb shelter during the shelling.
Some residents of Guriv district need psychological help.

The MOBILE MEDICAL HELP project is implemented with the support of the Institute of Biology and Medicine of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, the Center for Telemedicine of Ariel University (Israel) and ZiphyCare Inc.
