On June 29, 2023, the scientific symposium “Adaptive sport as a method of rehabilitation” was held in Vyshgorod. Effective innovative practices in rehabilitation” on the initiative of: the Israeli Medical Mission, Golda Meir Institute for Civil Society Development and the Tourist Cluster of the Vyshgorod Region, as well as with the support of: the Vyshgorod City Council, “Vyshegrad” and the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports, Tourism and International Relations of the Social and Humanitarian Department of the Vyshhorod City Council.

The main topic was the discussion of adaptive sports as a powerful tool for the rehabilitation and integration into society of injured servicemen.

The symposium opened up new opportunities for cooperation and development of important rehabilitation practices, as it became a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge between specialists in rehabilitation, sports and medicine.
