On November 7, 2023, the Israeli Medical Mission and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The purpose of the Memorandum is the development and expansion of bilateral cooperation in the field of health care and medical sciences.

In particular, the Memorandum envisages interaction with state scientific institutions that belong to the structure of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the creation of rehabilitation centers and departments on their basis, as well as the modernization of existing ones.

Cooperation will take place in several areas:

• Development of projects to attract additional sources of funding to infrastructure facilities of state institutions belonging to the structure of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine;
• Implementation of innovative solutions and effective medical technologies in the field of health care;
• Popularization of science and scientific achievements of Ukrainian scientists in Ukraine and abroad;
• Expansion of international relations of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine in the field of health care.
