On January 13, the Israel Medical Mission Charitable Foundation, together with the Golda Meir Institute for Civil Society Development, visited the Bila Tserkva Orphanage and handed over gifts for the children in the institution.
According to the management of the institution, there are currently 53 children aged 8 and older. Most of them are from eastern Ukraine. These children were evacuated when active hostilities started there.
“We have brought the things the orphanage needs, hygiene products and fruit. We are sincerely grateful to our philanthropic partners who helped us collect everything we needed. We talked to the deputy director of the institution, found out their needs and will try to help them in the future,” says Andriy Kozlenko, director of the Israel Medical Mission Foundation.
