The Israel Medical Mission Charitable Foundation and the Institute of Biology and Medicine of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv have signed a Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation.

The subject of the Memorandum is cooperation between the Parties and joint actions to implement the MOBILE MEDICAL AMBULANCE project, which aims to do the following:

• Direct medical support and assistance to the population arriving in a state of humanitarian disaster.
• Possibility to organize remote medical consultations for complex and neglected cases.
• Identifying patients in need of urgent medical care and facilitating their hospitalization.
• Assistance in referring patients with chronic pathology for rehabilitation or treatment in case of exacerbation.
• Analyzing the idea of the need to establish a national telemedicine program in the proposed configuration. Creating an organizational and methodological framework and collecting the necessary information to formulate the concept of a national telemedicine program in primary healthcare.

The signing of the Memorandum will give impetus to joint work, and friendly, partnership relations will help to overcome any challenges of today.
