On November 17, 2023, the Israeli Medical Mission concluded a Memorandum on interaction and cooperation with the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery named after Amosov of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.

The purpose of the concluded Memorandum is:
creation of joint charity projects;
implementation of innovative solutions in the field of health care and medical science, as well as effective medical technologies and practices tested on the basis of evidence-based medicine;
promoting and stimulating the development of innovations in the provision of medical and rehabilitation care.
