On June 28, 2023, the Israeli Medical Mission concluded a Memorandum on interaction and cooperation with the Jewish Religious Community of Kyiv.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to coordinate efforts to implement charitable projects for the provision of medical assistance and improvement of medical care systems for the war-affected population through the opening of in-patient medical diagnostic centers using the telemedical examination system.
